Our Build Plan
The FIA Rally5-Kit specification is a modern, cost-effective entry point into international-spec rallying. Our plan is to convert our Suzuki Swift into a fully competitive gravel machine, component by component.

1. FIA-Spec Rollcage
The primary safety structure. Welded in to strict FIA homologation standards. It protects us and stiffens the chassis for better handling.
2. Stripped Interior
We stripped everything—trim, carpets, sound deadening. It’s noisy, hot, and raw. Just how we like it.
3. Competition Seats
Safety is non-negotiable. Sparco Evo seats are ready to go in. Once the cage is in, they'll be mounted permanently.
4. Suede Wheel
Sparco R345 suede wheel. Better grip, better position, better feel. A simple upgrade that transforms the drive.
5. Suspension
Stock suspension is fun but tired. Powerflex bushings are next on the list to tighten things up before we go for the big gravel dampers.
6. Braking
Black Diamond G12 discs and PBS ProRace pads. We need to stop as well as we go.
7. Tarmac Tyres
Contact patches are everything. We are hunting for proper tarmac rally tyres to make the most of the chassis.
8. Sump Guard
Essential for gravel. An 8mm alloy plate to stop the rocks from eating the engine.
9. Livery
Mudflaps are on (mostly). Sticker power adds at least 5bhp. It's starting to look like a rally car.
